Welcome to the Clubbercise Low+Glow Instructor Training Course – your first step towards delivering safe, fun, and high-energy dance fitness classes that feel more like a night out than a workout!

This course will equip you with everything you need to confidently lead your own low-impact sessions. You’ll learn how to deliver inclusive choreography using our  teaching model, how to safely structure your class with warm-ups, main tracks, and cool downs, and how to create the club atmosphere with the right lighting, music, and energy.

We’ll cover essential topics like health and safety, screening, first aid, and working with different fitness levels. You’l understand the importance of visibility, verbal cueing, and layering choreography so that everyone – from beginners to seasoned Clubbers – feels welcome and successful in your class.
