WHAT HAPPENS IN A CLUBBERCISE CLASS?
You’ll work up a sweat in a darkened room with disco lights exercising to a soundtrack of club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits. Clubbercise routines are a mix of dance, toning and combat, they are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options to suit all fitness levels.
You’ll use a pair of our trademark flashing LED glow sticks throughout the class, these are both reusable and recyclable so much more environmentally friendly than the single-use ones. It’s all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.

DO I NEED TO BE A GOOD DANCER?
Definitely not! Our routines combine dance, toning and combat moves, we deliberately make them easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.

DO I NEED TO BE A GOOD DANCER?
Just trainers/sneakers and sportswear/fitness clothing… Neon is optional! And make sure you bring some water.
