Description
This course will equip you with everything you need to confidently lead your own Clubbercise Family, U13 & U18 sessions. You’ll learn to deliver fun, interactive classes using our teaching model, safely structure your class with warm-ups, main tracks, creative tasks and cool downs, and create an engaging atmosphere with the right music and structure.
We’ll cover essential topics like health and safety, screening, first aid, and working with young people. You’ll understand the importance of considering anatomy & physiology within your class playlist and structure, and learn how to adapt your adult Clubbercise classes for 13+ if you are already an instructor.
You also find out how to get licensed, access official Clubbercise resources, and where to find choreography, playlists, and marketing tools in the Choreo Zone and Members’ Area.
Most importantly, you’ll be ready to create memorable, mood-boosting fitness experiences that inspire young people to move, smile and find a form of movement they enjoy.
Please note this is an assessed course. You have one month from the purchase date to complete the course and submit your first video assessment. If you are referred you will have up to a further two video submissions to gain a pass mark.
